Resident's Club and Tennis

The Residentsʼ Club is more than 15,000 square feet and is available for private functions as well as daily activities which include tennis clinics, swim lessons, films, crafts, club meetings, exercise classes and and child day care. The facility serves as a venue for all types of events that include fundraisers, weddings, holiday parties, reunions, birthdays and just about any social activity.

Resort and Adult Pools

Our poolsʼ design includes elements found in five-star hotels. There is a heated saltwater lap pool, two resort pools with water features such as an 119-foot water slide and sprayground, and a pool for children who are 5 years old and younger. Additionally there is a pool café, changing rooms and classic deck loungers.

Westhaven Life

Amy Law and her staff reach out to residents and oversee all Westhaven’s activities that are open to the community. They also operate property management for the neighborhood. From Friday morning coffees on the back porch of the Residentsʼ Club to volunteer events, festivals, outdoor movies and concerts, the fun is on!

Open Spaces, Walking & Bike Trails

Throughout Westhaven there are parks, playgrounds, stocked fishing ponds, bike paths, and a network of trails for hiking and walking. There is a neighborhood center every quarter-mile. These open spaces are reserved for the public and serve as the main gathering areas for the community, as well as promote the health and well-being of residents.

Adult Living

There are a number of activities centered around adults who may not be up for a water cannon war or logging time at one of the many playgrounds. Adult pools, tennis, golf, clubs, continuing education, and many, many more activities are available for residents who want to be engaged and social.
